Overview
The Haiti Energy Geoportal is an open-access national energy web map that supports power-sector analysis and data-driven decision-making. It brings together fragmented energy, infrastructure and contextual data from authoritative local and global sources, alongside geospatial energy research about Haiti.
Users can explore every layer, download data where permitted and export a designed map. The portal is also designed to present live national grid status when operational data becomes available. Researchers and energy professionals can prepare datasets for review and publication on the platform.

This project is designed for and developed in partnership with Haiti's energy regulator, ANARSE. The regulator provides technical guidance and authoritative datasets for the geoportal.
Built by students, for Haiti
The Haiti Energy Project mobilizes students in the UK and worldwide to develop open-access analytical resources for reform and investment planning in Haiti's power sector. More than 60 students across four continents have contributed to six technical projects.
